The Challenge

The original HP Evolution website was a static, single-page reputational site and while it provided a basic digital presence, it was rigid, quite basic and couldn't provide the depth and topical authority required for Hem Patel, the owner and business consultant behind HP Evolution.

The core services and "About" content were hard-coded directly onto the page. This meant that any update, whether adding a new service or simply tweaking the text, required a developer's time. The site lacked the flexibility to grow with the business and failed to empower the client with control over their own content.

This site is a 'reputational' site, but it wasn't doing the owner justice.

The Solution

The project involved a complete, ground-up rebuild of the website in Webflow, transforming it from a static page into a dynamic, CMS-driven asset. While retaining a clean, professional user experience, the new site's architecture was revolutionised.

The "What We Do" section was disconnected from the static design and rebuilt as multiple Webflow Collections and Collection Template pages spanning work sectors, software partnerships and importantly, Hems growing list of accredditations. This allows Hem to add, edit, and reorder his service offerings instantly from the Webflow Editor. This CMS-first approach provides the exact flexibility the old site lacked, creating a future-proof foundation.

The sites impact was heightened by the use of very fast loading video content in key 'hero' sections. These are loaded from Bunny CDN to mitigate any loading issues for content 'above the fold'. Video content is both attractive to users and also search bots/ai agents and so the technical implementation was key to keep the pages fast and responsive for users.

Additional value was added by the creation of multiple layout components that allow the owner to simply override content and settings without using the Webflow Designer; this is something that all clients value, even the more technically minded.

Finally, custom animations were added to both the clients logo, loading screen, sectionsa and content and all pages were given on-page technical SEO improvements.

The Outcome

The new HP Evolution website is now a powerful, scalable, and client-first platform. The primary outcome is empowerment; the client is no longer reliant on a developer for routine content changes and can manage their core service offerings as their business evolves.

Crucially, by leveraging Webflow Collections, the new site is not only far more manageable but also perfectly structured to be expanded with new collection-based features (like a blog or case studies) in the future. This "upgrade" has successfully transformed the website from a simple digital brochure into a sustainable, long-term business tool.
