The era of 'chasing' leads is dying
Your next client has almost certainly already decided before they call you.
In 2026, 95% of winning vendors are shortlisted before the first sales contact. If your website only lists your services, you are missing the part of the journey where buyers are looking for a reason to trust you.

of B2B buyers now prefer an entirely rep-free buying experience.

The funnel has inverted.
Trust, Authority, and AI visibility are the new currencies of growth.
Your digital presence should align with how you actually grow your business. Whether you are a referral-driven firm looking to solidify your professional standing or an industry pioneer aiming to dominate a specific niche, your website must serve as a bridge to cross the modern trust deficit.
Since 95% of winning vendors are already on the buyer's "Day One" shortlist before any direct contact is made, your choice of strategy dictates how you capture that invisible phase of research.
I provide two distinct paths to ensure you appear as the safe, authoritative, and obvious choice for your next client.
Path 1: Premium Reputational Sites
Validate the Referral, Secure the Client
Reassure referred prospects with a high performance site that proves your real-world expertise. Ensure your digital presence is as polished and capable as your offline reputation.
Path 2: Authority Growth Platforms
A Content Engine for Market Dominance
All the features of Path 1, but I build comprehensive resource hubs that position your brand as the definitive authority cited by AI tools and niche audiences. By signaling deep expertise upfront, you provide the evidence needed to win the deal before the first call even begins.

This is how we do it
The shape of things to come.
Our project delivery process is simple enough, and designed for efficiency and quality.
We begin with a comprehensive planning phase, where we outline objectives and set clear timelines. This is followed by the execution, and testing where our teams collaborates closely to meet project goals.
1. Discovery
This where I learn all about your ideal site and also when we find out if we're a good fit!
Typically this is one or two virtual meetings followed by emails/calls and comprehensive notes!
2. Scoping
After initial discussions I will generate a detailed 'statement of work' that describes what it is I will deliver, and when.
This document will also list client responsibilities, such as imagery, model releases and marketing copy if required.
3. Pricing
The scoping excersize also drives pricing, and at this stage I will create an estimate or a quote and provide my terms of business, acceptance of which is the trigger for me to actually begin development.
For new clients I require 50% of the project fee at this point and the balance at the beginning of Step 6, the Launch and Support phase.
4. Lo-fi Design
First out of the gate I will create lo-fidelity mock ups and wireframes of page layouts and colour schemes - these are indicative, but not fixed at this point.
These help generate more detailed questions about user flow, functionalty and copywriting.
5. Build & Test
I create the website page layouts and functionality. Once I have made enough progress, you get access to leave comments etc.
Testing is a joint effort and I will test layouts at all screen sizes from huge monitors down to modern smartphone sizes.
6. Launch & Support
The site is transferred to your own Webflow account, as you will own it outright.
I assist via my Webflow Agency account with launch and connecting your custom business domain name. Post launch you get 2 weeks support and training on items created as a part of the scope.
Additional support and retainer plans are available on request.
